We are building a house from foam core panels, which are also known as Structural Insulated Panels, or SIPs. We have done most of the work ourselves and it has been a very interesting experience with many twists and turns, and delays. For the longest time it seemed like it was just a foam core fantasy, but we have finally gotten it to the point where we can live there again at last.
Did Doug need to put up scaffolding to plant those trees? :-P Seriously, the house looks great - you might even finish it before the Presidential election. In 2012. :-P
Rob Ross, who really wants to see the house done so Doug can make him some new shanks
I'm eager for him to get back to making shanks too, and hopefully before 2012!!!
We didn't use scaffolding to plant the trees, but I guess we could have...but knowing Doug he'll probably keep some scaffolding on hand to use for pruning the trees when they get bigger.
